Retail Stocktaking
Stocktaking for annual accounts is very important. Incorrect values would mean incorrect Gross Profit calculations and could result in revenue investigation. If you spend many hundreds or thousands of pounds on accountancy fees, it must be worth making sure the closing stock figure is correct.

 

Business Transfers and Valuations
Business Transfers will be attended by at least one of our Senior Stocktakers and we will give a stock value on the day of Stock. We issue Stock Certificates to all parties and leave a full breakdown of stock.

We employ professionally trained staff that can provide an accurate stock count; we can implement a retail stock system that will provide a stock result in monetary value or we can use the latest data collection equipment to scan and download direct to the customers’ database.

 

Licensed and Restaurant Stocktaking
Periodic Stocktaking is essential for busy social clubs, night clubs, bars and Public Houses with high staff turnover or seasonal staff. We use own stocktaking software on computers that we bring on site. We are able to process all stock counts, deliveries and takings information into an easy to read report. This gives vital information on profits, stock levels, order requirements, dead stock and slow lines.
